Good morning,
the contact form sends the emails but without content.
they arrive to the administrator and in copy to the customer but they are completely without any data.
How can I solve?

    Could you make a test by setting Cassiopeia - Default template as default template on your site and try to send the contact form again to see how it goes?

            If it even doesn't work with Cassiopea, then the issue doesn't come from JA Space template. There maybe something with Joomla on your site. Did you upgrade from old Joomla version or this is a fresh installation?

            If you have a backup of previous working version, pls try to restore it and update again.

                    Could you test by not selecting to send a copy of the form?

                            elanto751 I tried to change to my email in Global Configuration but no luck, could you grant permissions for provided account? or change the permission for configuration.php file on your site to 644 so it can be editable.

                                        It due to the Mail template in Joomla 4. You have to configure the mail template for contact first:

                                        There was no tag inserted in mail template on your site so that there was no content sent in the email.

                                        Kindly check.
