Double subfolder name in Url

Hi,
I’m working on a new website using JA Property as template. The joomla files are situated in a subfolder of root called immo.

Going to the category page PROPERTIES from menu link and then clicking on one of article links, leads to back to the homepage and not to the article page.

The problem is that the subfolder name appears twice in the url:
http://www.inoltrepo.com/immo/immo/index.php/properties/category-blog/...

Without the double immo/ the url works fine:
http://www.inoltrepo.com/immo/index.php/properties/category-blog/…

I have changed a few things in the css files, but I don’t think that is the problem. Even with the original files the problem remains.

Any ides how to solve this problem?

Did you solved it?
As i checked the page http://www.inoltrepo.com/immo/properties#sort=position&sortdir=desc
and click on article going on the article pages and there is no double folder name found.
Also the link you shared with /immo/immo going to 404 page.

Thanks Ninja I have installed the packages (from this thread: https://www.joomlart.com/forums/d/35316-ja-property-url-and-map-problem/10) and now it works. I had to save the component settings.
