I disable the feature, and as soon I save the edits, it turns itself back on.

As soon as I make any edit, for that matter, it saves the edits for a short time, then randomly flips back to the default settings. This includes pallettes, font-size, background colors on the various sections, and even the Flix logo will show up after I added my own logo.

I have branded my site SO many times, only to lose my changes when Flix shifts back to it's default set up. I even used a copy of Flix, so I can have my own template instead of messing with the original.

And the template changes depending on where you are in the site. In Joomla, some of the setting stick. In JomSocial...it's like it has a mind of its own and I never know what the edited template will look like. Sometimes my colors, sometimes default colors, but both Joomla and JS have removed my logo and put the Flix logo back.

    I did checkup on your current installed website and found you are using a copy of template with different name.
    : Story_flix Kindly use origianl template as that will be updated and supported by us. Custom template are not part of the products since its no longer be original template and you can not update them as they are using different name.

    Coming on the problem i did check the off canvas menu item and disable it the same working on frontend : http://prntscr.com/1vo3z43
    You can see it is no longer showing. Kindly clear your browser cache and cookies and re login, sometimes the browser cache reload page and revert changes however this is very rare. So it would not happened.

    JomSocial does not remove any site logo, it is Joomla extension and work on its own features and setting. You can send me details of step you applied that result logo problem so i can check that, its not possible extension setting change template logo.

      I thought we're supposed to make copies of the original, because when the original is updated then our changes will be wiped out. Why is there an option to copy, then?

        The option is by Joomla depends on you if you want to copy,We do not suggest as it will not longer be our product once you change also normal setting will not be override in template updates.

        Off canvas i already turned off and setting worked fine for me, no such revert change issue found.
