Rebuild options after server crash - IMPORTANT!

Hello,
first of all I have to say that its unbelievable what happened. Deleted all customer data? NO backups? Clients have to build all there webpages again in order to use the pagebuilder OR need to edit the HTML by hand? For what am I paying again?

There MUST be another solution like the possibility to upload the ja_builder-tables on your servers. Its nice that you want to rebuild our pages on your server. But seriously - you want to rebuild ALL your clients pages? And we should give you access to what - our databases? Our Joomla-Sites?

Id like to - for example - mail you a backup from my ja-builder-pages and you can import it to your database. Why is this not possible?

Why need the pages to be saved on YOUR servers and our local pages get overwritten?
My clients are more than unhappy and I'm just angry ...

Please respond asap and consider the mentioned possibility that I/we could send you a backup from our ja_builder_page/revision tables.

Each page builder has 2 data types, the front-end pages use HTML that is stored in the "content" field, this data is fine, so your pages will still work. The issue is in the editing page using JA Builder edit, this tool calls "block" data from JA Page builder database.
Your pages on front-end will be working as usual, its issue is on the JA Page builder editing tool.
We are implementing the content update using HTML.
To request page re-build, kindly provide your website info: admin link, admin account and pages you want to re-build.
