Full screen sized home page pic and transparent horizontal menu

Ive readed all forum about this template and I havent seen something that helps.
In the demo web, the maing page is full screen sized and the horizontal menu is transparent, and scrolling it gets black.
My menu is always opaque black. How do I get the demo aspect?

It due to your custom CSS that you add the padding-top for the features-intro section:

.t3-features-intro .section {
    padding-top: 100px !important;
}
