I tried installing JA Extension Manager ( 2.7.1 )for Joomla 4.03 .An error message appears as follows :

403
Forbidden
Access to this resource on the server is denied!

Please revert

    As the error indicates issue from your server side, it prevents from installing this package. You should contact your hosting provider for help.

    I just tried to install at my end and it worked perfectly:
