Impossible to download what I purchase

I paid yesteday 89 dollars for download Templates but nothing happens, I cannot download anything.
I just receive the notice I must renevew my account...

Our system shows that your recently purchased membership S5 Pro (Joomla) is fully activated.

After you successfully login, simply go to the Shape5 Joomla download section to download the files. Note that your membership grants access to Joomla products only, not Wordpress.

oliverb12 yeah I got the same problem - download used to work now it's telling everyone to renew - no way am I renewing until I know they fixed this.

ah ok just figured it out - the plugins are included with some templates but to download the updates of the plugins that are included with the templates it needs a different subscription or download the template again - wow that's confusing!

I've just checked your account and it appears to be working fine. You should be able to download all JA templates .
JA Pro members cannot access the download section of extensions directly, you can only download the complimentary extensions that come with the templates.
