Hello,

I am trying to assign the JS Shadow theme to my JomSocial while using the JA Playstore as the default template for the rest of the site. When I save the changes I get "The template for this display is not available. Please contact a Site administrator."

Please advise!

    JomSocial themes will be installed via JomSocial > configurations > Themes/templates > upload it.
    As this work only for JomSocial area. If you installing it via Joomla > extensions > install it would not work as it is not Joomla template.
    Here are 2 ways to install a JomSocial template/theme.

    Note : If you install it and use it with a Joomla template that also has style support for JomSocial it would not give a good view you are using 2 templates that will apply same style.

        After extracting the folder his is what I receive. I assumed I was looking for a folder with the same name as the theme as in the example link, but I don't know what file needs to be uploaded from here.

        Also the JA Playstore doesn't have any JomSocial styling correct?

        If I reapply JA Playstore, how can I get JS Photo, JS Group, JS Events, & JS Pages to not be in tab form?

        Ninja JomSocial themes will be installed via JomSocial > configurations > Themes/templates > upload it.

        Kindly use this method and set theme as default it will use the style. JA Playstore does not special style for it so you can use it.

        JA Playstore is Joomla template and work all over site. Theme work only for JomSocial area.

          I have done that, but it does not update the JS_side_frontpage or JS_side_frontpage_bottom modules... they should be individual boxes not in tab form. How could I fix that?

            Something is not working correctly. I only have the access to js_side_frontpage and js_side_frontpage_bottom. There are no other positions available in the list and no way to stack these modules.

            When attempting to add the custom postion manually,the "Add custom postion "js_side_top" is grayed out and not clickable.

              When you type the position name just press enter and it will save.
              Also fix the submitted super user login for staff
              Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet.

                I am trying to modify the badge but there is no where to click to upload the image
