this is one website out of a total of 17 that need to be restored. the failure of the builder gives us great great difficulties and problems with our customers! it must now be started with one side.

is there no way to update the component so that everything works as before?!?!?

they are all under enormous pressure, which does not improve the situation.

The frontend of pages still works fine, if you want to change the text, you can use HTML editor we updated.

For any page (old pages) that you want to have edit tool like before, you need to re-create that page.

Where is the header and footer of the design ?! There is no menu. How do I get my own css styles which I have created in the custom area of the builder?

that is absolutely correct! I have seen, when I create a completely new page, that the css styles (settings -> custom code -> all pages) are available.
however, the header and footer are no longer displayed. how can I restore it?
if i create a new page with header and footer, will this design be transferred to the restored pages?

thank you for your message! I have now quickly repaired the header myself. the custom css are also available as soon as a new page is created.
