Hi guys,
This issue has arisen again and despite searching the forums I can't seem to find an answer?

If I navigate to Extensions>Templates>Buildr (default template) > Design - I get a blank screen where would normally be the module/site layout. See enc screen shot.

I'm not trying to change the design but rather resolve another issue - the Highline2 style menu that only loads "off canvas" when clicked isn't firing on click. I think the css might need re-compling (I could be wrong) to resolve the off-canvas menu not working.

Anyway appreciate any advise you can offer. Admin login details have been added to the head of the post.

    Hi martinbeaumont

It looks like you're using old version of template and Zengrid framework.

Try to BACKUP your site and install latest version for template + Zengrid framework.

    Regards

Thanks Saguaros, I'll do that. Are there any specific css, map or php files I should also take copies of so I can "restore" the layout?

So I've updated the template to v1.4.1 and the framework to v5.1.5 plus a few other assorted Zen plugins etc to the last release and still no Template > Design layout is loading?

I've cleared the cache (to be honest there is no caching setup but just in case) and I've checked the error log and found -
[22-Oct-2021 10:00:10 Australia/Melbourne] PHP Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /home/<homedirectory>/public_html/templates/buildr/zengrid/zen.php on line 684
I'm not sure that's an issue but anyway.

So in summary, updates applied and no change so far? Most importantly off-canvas menu isn't loading which it the main problem I'm trying to solve.
    Thanks,

      Hi martinbeaumont

As I can see it notices 404 error for JSON file in template: /templates/buildr/settings/

Maybe 3rd party extension like AdminTools blocks access for JSON file?

      Thanks as usual Saguaros,

That was the fix, "Allow direct access, including .php files, to these directories" > templates/buildr

      Cheers!
