the membership tag was not active on profile this is reason it does not allow to pick JomSocial tag.
Your site is back now, the problem is from iseo extensions as its compatible with Joomla 3.9.x and your site has Jomla 3.10.2 that making issue, i disabled the plugin : System - iJSEO for now.

So just update the new Iseo to the new version and I am good?

No the Iseo will work only with the Joomla 3.9 and its supported is limited only for the Joomla 3.9.x for now. Joomla 4 will not be supported.

I just purchased the develpers package to update my plugins I run 3.10 are the plugins going to be updated?

in the IJoomla at the moment only Guru will be updated for Joomla 3.10 and Joomla 4.

Iseo is only supported for Joomla 3.9 as of now. For this issue i will check with team if it can support Joomla 3.10 as well.

Ninja Really need the ISEO to work with 3.10 its basically the last version so finish this up with all your stuff and I am locking everything down that I have build in 3x and you have been with me the whole way. Being able to go edit page titles with the meta tag page and the linking words features and its ability to do what it does don't NOT finish it for 3.10.x Keep Joomsocial upto date as well.
