I installed a quickstart of the JA Playschool template (Joomla 4 version), . The current issue is I created a superuser account for another user and whenever they are logged in they are almost immediatly logged out when trying to navigate the admin view of the site. since then they have not been able to make edits on the system.

We have tried
Using different browsers.
We have tried deactivating extensions on the chrome browser.
We have tried clearing cache and cookies and it still does not change anything.
A new user was created and the problem is happening across the board.
NB: The user that has this profile is working from Nigeria. We have tried using VPN and tried using it without VPN to be sure it is not location-based but it is still not working.

Please help me look into it, I will provide a video link for you to see what the problem does look like.

    Hi mrmalkio1

I think it relates to your site specific, I just installed quickstart of JA Playschool template but the new super admin account can login and navigate normally.

Did you try to login with that account from your end?

P/s: the provided 'JA' account doesn't work now.

can you have another look please. The support account was been fixed. it was deactivated for some reason

mrmalkio1 Maybe issue from there as I can log into your site and open all pages normally:

Are you aware of any settings in Joomla 4 that would block or cause log in issues based on user's location? It seems that no one can recreate the issue. But the user's account in question. In fact when I create a new user or give the user my login details they still have the same issue from thier region.

Hi mrmalkio1 You can make a simple test by using the account you sent to that guy and login from your end, if you can still login, then it must be issue from that guy or due to geo-blocking from your server side.

Kindly check if you have extension like AdminTools in backend of your site whether it blocks access from his place or not. Or check your server side if they do the same. You can ask that guy for his IP address and add exception for it.

          Regards

No admin tools on this site, and it's the only one from the same server that he's having the issue with, all of the other sites are still on J3. Is there another way to address the possible geoblocking issue?

mrmalkio1 It depends on server side, could you contact your hosting provider for help to check?
