JoomlArt Demo Site Installer - No Packages

I just tried to install quickstart package of JA Blockk template in Joomla 3 and J4 but all the sample packages still show there:

Could you try to install again? and make sure that you select to install sample data.

Apologies for taking so long to respond but I have been away with work, I have installed the quickstart again with the demo content selected and confirmed (It is the default) and still the same problem.

This is the same for both the Joomla 3 and Joomla 4 versions of the template for me on my home server which I think is probably the issue, just dont know what is stopping the packages being visible on enabling of the JA Demo Installer System Plugin

You can share me the cPanel hosting info and folder of your website, I will try to install and see what's wrong.

sindinap I just tried to download and install in my local environment but it worked normally, you can share your hosting info, I will try to install and see how it goes.

I saw that the team re-exported the quickstart packages, but for me still not working. J3 and J4

I'm using Wamp 3.2.6 php 4.4.26 and MySQL 8.0.27

urubunet I need a closer look at your site and detect the issue. Could you put your site online and share the login info so I can check directly?

Online it works fine, only localhost with wamp that it's not possible to install the packages

urubunet We can't replicate this issue at our end, could you try with MySQL version 5 instead of 8?

Looks like it could be related to a windows environment, I am using a Windows server and the other user describes WAMP. Could you check in a windows environment saguaros ?

In the mean time, could you try to install in your live hosting and see how it goes? If it happens there, let us know.
