JA Morgan ACM : Testimonials: Can't delete the first testimonial

I am using JA Morgan template in Joomla 4 . There seems to be problem, while deleting the first testimonial element. When I create a testimonias using ACM Testimonial : Style-1-linktext( Style-1 or Style-3) and add 2 or 3 testimonials more, I can't delete the first testimonial . There is missing "action btn delete row" "<i class="icon-minus"></i>". Other that the first row all the row have that option. Could you please look into it . Thank You.

It is not missing, its by default the Module must have one field populated by default to save it. You can change the title description for it, It is same for all ACM module where multiple items are using.
