Unable to download templates

I'm attempting to download templates and have a valid JA PRO subscription i purchased yesterday, however, every JA template that I attempt to download it tells informs me of the following:

View Pricing Plans OR Renew your expired plan.

According to our system you purchased JB PRO membership yesterday, not JA PRO. That's the reason you couldn't download JA templates.

If you simply made a mistake and ordered the wrong membership then please give us a confirmation, we will gladly switch membership for you.

Hi Nic,
Thank you for clarifying, that certainly explains it. If I could switch over to the JA subscription it would be appreciated, I'm in need of a Joomla 4 template and I don't believe the JB includes these.
