Bug inside sidebar menu

Hello,
I noticed a bug in T3 system plugin.
On my site (https://or-group.com/rechtsberatung) Im using your plugin to display menu in sidebar, on click on menu item page should scroll to that section and that item should get class active. On bigger screens 3rd item from the bottom gets skipped when clicked and on smaller screens it works like it should. Is that some known issue, is there a fix for that, or its just new bug, I was trying to find in which file this functionality is happening but I couldnt find it.

On the submitted URL in first post the menu item is normal opening and there is no Section ID defined in the menu URL that also scroll the page down like #restore so it move down to that content.
Kindly provide me an example as your page looks normal at the moment and its not bug.
The menu item also has the Active class.

Try to click ''Vertragsrecht'' menu item in sidebar menu.

The plugin you are using is not from Joomlart so its working is from own.
I click on the menu item you said and page scroll down to section VERTRAGSRECHT as it should.
You can check the plugin working with default Joomla templates as well, since the output of the plugin from its own and not via T3

Yes, its get scrollet to right section, but ''Compliance'' menu item gots higlited and it shouldnt, I tought it wasa created with T3 since its wrapped in t3-module class
