hello,
after upgrading to joomla 4 and reinstalled jomsocial from scrtch, i get this error when tryingi to view the online members. no problem when viewing all memebers or latest.

JomSocial latest version support Joomla 4. I can not see any JS membership active on your profile that show you have a valid copy. Kindly subscribe for a valid plan.
If you already have a membership you can repost the topic with site details on JomSocial forum.

Can you please Edit fields in first post where u added site URL and submit a temp super user login for staff.
So I can check it directly on your site.

Also let me know from which last version JomSocial you upgraded.

I did a fresh install of joomla and joomsocial 4.0.8 , i only imported the #users and #user_usergroup_map from the previious joomla 3.8 installation
the installation is on a subfolder of the main domain ( /takime ) but i never had problems with that before

Do not use older version. Older and New Joomla 4 is different. So if you want to use already installed Joomla. I suggest you to do migration of Joomla from Joomla 3 to Joomla 4.
And if previous sote doesn't have Jomsocial installed you can install it as well.

I tried to migrate from 3.8 to 4 but it didnt work. so i did a fresh install.
i only imported the users and the passwords, no other fields so i don't understand what is worng and why everything else is working fine exept for the online user list

Joomla 3.8 and Joomla 4 use different structure and codebase so if you copy Joomla 3.x DB to Joomla DB it possible create issue.

If you install the JomSocial on Joomla 4 new install that not has Joomla 3 DB it will work normal. As the issue is with User DB.

Also what i found strange is this link when i click on the online user sort
i don't understand why joomla is calling roundcube ecc.
