I wanna ask bro, if i had 1 database, is it possible that i used that database for 10 pages of quickstart pages from joomlaart? thanks.

It is not recommended to use same databse as there is chances of issue in DB due to so much tables of Joomla
You can use different table schema (name) to install on same DB. However it is not suggested to do.

cause i had problem from installing template that not ready for joomla 4 and still used php 5, so if i use the quicktstart page it can be done, so did you have any advise when i want to use GK University template but it can't be run at my joomla 4 page cause it's doesn't support joomla 4 yet

The template not ready for Joomla 4. Also installing it on already exist DB would not make any difference as DB table names will be different so better you make new DB for each different website.
