There are still some issues with theme. It needs to be updated to work well with the latest WP version and PHP 8 version and up as well. At the moment, my test website turns into a 404 page from time to time. In the meantime, I have to constantly purge the server to fix the problem temporarily until the issue comes back again. I followed the Documentation for this theme (just like I did when I first use it several years ago for a different website), however, the options/functions/features no longer look the same on Wordpress and this especially applies to the links shown on Widget Text, Widget Nsp, Widget Nav Menu, Widget GK Comments, Widget Calendar, etc.
