Deleted properties are displayed

Clicking on the menu item "For Lease", since there are no properties with this feature, it shows me the "For Sale" ones. I don't know how to avoid this behavior.
Furthermore, entering the detail of a property the characteristics are displayed in this way: sale "> sale
I hope you can help me as I cannot activate the site.

I solved it by going to: JA Mega Filter Component, filter, index all. But isn't there a way to avoid taking these steps in case properties are uploaded and / or deleted? A thousand thanks
