Move TOS Above Submit Button

Hello, I would like to move the TOS above the submit button on the registration page. I downloaded the components/com_community/templates/jomsocial/layouts/register/base.php file and found the button, but when I move it below the php for the radio button and tos lang it does not accept the change on the frontend.

I was able to get it changed. A note to the developers, there is not a known website on the internet that has the TOS below the submit button. Maybe in future updates they can put it above like every other website on the internet!

Even your own website has it above the button!

This change is same since the built so it is not possible to make change in the core as it will make impact for all users site of JomSocial and there are very less request for this change. You can override this file in the template folder to avoid loss of code change jomsocial/layouts/register/base.php during JomSocial updates
