Because the _ad_agency_statistics table has already grown to almost 100 MB.

Peter-Kaminski Hi At the moment Agency is set for the supports and updates for Joomla 3.9.x The option is not present as you need to early i suggest you to delete the data from DB. You can delete records from this database table - "ad_agency_statistics".
