How can I change the colors of text and background of submenu items in T4?

Hi I am using the latet release of the T4 framework.
I would like to change the color of submenu items.
Is it correct that this cannot be found in the theme colors settings>?
I would like to change the background color of the submenu items. And also the color of a hover background, an active background color, the regular menu text color, the text color on hover and the text color of the active item

Is there a tutorial available somewhere on how to do that or does anyone have the css codes I can use as an example for this?

IN the Theme options you can edit the standard color of the template and palletes that are used for different layout sections like mainnav http://prntscr.com/1z88yb9
If you looking to change specific part of color, font size etc this is custom changes and will be done based on each section.
You can turn off the css compression from the template options http://prntscr.com/1z899hs
Now use inspect element tool from browser to check the applied css
override it via custom css in the template.

But I can't find the css code for hover over a submenu item.

Does anyone know what I could apply to get a different background color when I mouse over it?

these are custom changes and needs testing and implementation depends on needs.
