GK4 Image Show module slide field "image" hexadecimal uneditable

Cannot for the life of me work out how to change the background colour of the mod_image_show GK4 position:intro

The image field is not editable, the hexadecimal code remains the same, I can select an image if I want but I can't just edit the colour which is all I want to do? I don't want to use CSS as an override that seems stupid to me, surely I should be able to just edit the "Image" field where the preset hexadecimal code is? Or am I being stupid and missing something here?

It's weird, in the module 'Intro' >> I just tried to add image in the first slide and it saved normally:

Hey I think you need to really completely read my post, I have said NOTHING about not being able to put an image in?

My first line reads:
"Cannot for the life of me work out how to change the background colour of the mod_image_show GK4 position:intro"

I also state:
"The image field is not editable, the hexadecimal code remains the same"

I also attached an image showing what I mean.

I also say:
"I CAN select an image if I want but I CAN'T just edit the colour which is all I want to do"

So back to my original post, I can change to an image, I can't edit the hexadecimal code to change to a background colour?????

Does that make sense?

imagevillage Sorry for the mis-understanding.

The image is set as background now so I thought you can't change the image. Could you tell me how you want to change the color? Which code did you use? or share screenshot illustrate the modification you expect so I can help.

Please read my message, I do not wish to add an image I can and have always been able to do this as I stated in my first post!

The slides have a solid background colour, just a colour, in my screenshot it shows instead of an image there is a hexadecimal code which seems to be how you assigna solid colour, I cannot change it?

Please see my original attachment, a green circle and green arrow, I wish to change the colour I do not want an image, just to change the colour!

A bug in this module for the color, I updated a bit in this module on your site so you can change the color now (check the 3rd slide on your site)
