Best practice after migration when sh404sef is used

Hi there!
I've just successfully migrated k2 to Joomla content. Because I'm using sh404sef auto re-direct didn't work. So I'm asking myself what would be the best practice to handle the redirects afterwards. Can you recommend a practice better than handle each redirect manually?
Same question with menu assignment of new Joomla content instead of k2. Manually or is there more convenient way?

It's different menu type so the only way is do it manually unfortunately.
