There is not separated theme package for Jomsocial in template, we put all customized style of the component to an independent .less file. The main purpose is to make sure the customized style is not override when you do upgrade.
To load this customized style of Jomsocial in template, you can go to Template >> Add-ons tab and add the pages you want to load:
