Custom css not loaded in article

Good morning,
I have custom.css file in template/ja_morgan/css and it works for the home page.
However, it doesn't work for articles. If I call a class within an article, the custom.css file doesn't get loaded at all, I checked via web inspector.
Why is that, how to solve it?

Kindly share the url of page and custom css that u applied and not working. Maybe the css you are using is wrong.

thanks, the site is on my local server.
I used the custom.css to change something to the modules on the home page and it works.
I tried something as simple as changing the color of <p> on an article and the custom.css doesn't get loaded..
I mean, a class for <p> within the article and nothing changes...

EDIT: I am sorry, my bad, it was my mistake... that works as intended.
