T4 BS5 Menu Drop-Down Bug with all Joomla Article Options Enabled

Hello,

After enabling all the Joomla article options (rating, show dates, etc) there appears to be a conflict that is preventing the mega menu drop down from working.

We have a fresh T4 installation with info in edit fields.

Please note the URL provided is to one of the problematic pages. If you click off to another menu item such as homepage or other system page the menu drop down works again.

The issue is with compression of JS i excluded the file passwordview.min.js and compression is ON as well
You can see it is working fine now.

Thanks for the update. Will this be tweaked in an upcoming update? It's strange that T4 compressions is breaking T4 function. Or perhaps JA can publish a list of files that need excluded to use compression?

It is not T4 compression breaking. A compression merge the multiple files in one file and due to alot code codes merge there is chance sometime 1 file impact other code so that is excluded. It is normal and vary sites to site based on the content.

I understand what compression does. But it did cause issue - so I called that "breaking"

It is just strange there is "compression" issue on default T4 installation with only demo content. It would be great if we could have a list of files to exclude specifically for T4 demo content that cause issue when T4 compression is activated. Hope that makes sense.
