How do I create a mega menu in the drop down of a mega menu

I'm having problems figuring out how to make a megamenu with a drop down or a right, within a drop down megamenu can you direct me to a file to walk me through it or help me?

What I have is a megamenu that is a drop down that list the councils and clubs, I have 4 councils which have clubs.

Thanks I have that one but when I did the menu's it didn't work@pankaj#168428 this is from the site that I'm seting up to be my working site when I'm done

I have another site same setup and it works I'm not sure what's going on with this one. Here is one from my site that I'm doing the test on which is the one that the menu is working, very strange.

Okay I got it fixed still not sure why one was working and the other one wasn't but it's fixed.
