JA Blockk Author Issue

Hello,

Experiencing issues with getting the author block to appear in JA Blockk articles. I could be do to a bug in group permissions.

I got the author block to appear once when applied to just one user group. When I applied to multiple user groups it has disappeared and I cannot get it to return.

I have tried clearing cache and global checkin.

I have another post about errors when saving template settings - so it could be that the position and activation has not actually saved in the template admin UI. I cannot confirm because of that error.

Please advise.

I tried to view an article and the author is still showing there: /index.php/politics/274-biden-to-announce-several-executive-actions-to-tackle-gun-violence

Could you check again?

I am speaking of the author block and not the author alias at the top of the article. Additionally, there is a PHP error regarding the author function.

There is issue with JACL module and that page is working now: /index.php/world-news/u-s

For author block, in menu item of author page, you can assign to different groups, not sure how you meant by assign 'author block' to multiple user group, could you share screenshot of that settings?
