issue importin page layout

Hi, i'm trying to import a page layout (pro) in my site with t4 page builder.I'have the pro account but there is a message that say i haven't the permission

With your Pro Plus (JA + GK) subscription, you will have access to templates of JoomlArt + Gavick only.

To have access to Page Library in T4 Builder, you need to have T4 Builder subscription or Developer / Ultimate Developer.
