hi, after upgrade joomla 4 i'v this problem if I publish Mastheadmodule
Warning: require_once(/home/ilnuovovecchiomu/public_html/components/com_content/helpers/route.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/ilnuovovecchiomu/public_html/modules/mod_jamasthead/helper.php on line 18

Kindly unblock the site access as it get blocked each time even with new IP as well. So i can check it on your site.

my provider cannot unblock the location as India is all blocked, they told me you should use a vpn. This is sad for me as I have been working with your company for many years and if you can't help me I will have to change

I did tried another country VPN, its not recommended to use but again same issue and site open after some click it get blocked.
This is not issue from our side as your server not allow the support to check the issue. Kindly ask host to fix as without providing access i am not able to to check it.

I do not know about your country hosting as its not near. Can you just ask the host to allow site access as u can see your its not accessible.

My current IP 101.0.32.73 it wil change randomly so better u allow access for India and Vietnam
