There seems to be issue with creation of a folder/directory, not likely to be an issue caused by template.
If possible, pls contact your hosting provider for further assistance on this.

Hi kblubis As I mentioned, it's likely to be an issue of server side, not relate to T3.
but i've open the server side and there's no problem with the direction, the direction is the same one another like at template/ja-goods
