VirtueMart product serach on admin website doesn't work at all:

administrator/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=product

on the registration page I ful information and I clik to save buttton, but I don't get any email to verify my email adreess.

    JA Cagox is frontend template, in backend, it relates to Virtuemart core.

    Could you pls contact VM for further assistance on this?

      Hi saguaros Saguaros - every time when you send me to contact them I never get the help form them. I spend view hours to lookup in the Internet to solution but I can't find anything at all. It doesn't work only on admin page(searching).

        You can make a test by switching default Joomla template to Protostar - a standard template of Joomla and disable 3rd party extensions on your site one by one. This makes sure that no other extension cause conflict with VM.

        Then if it still doesn't work, you can consider to re-install VM.

        Remember to backup your site first.

            domir21 You can simply access backend of your site >> Extensions >> Templates and set Protostar as default template and test with VM to see how it goes.

              saguaros That part is easy to make. But I can't find and manage the second part. When I bought a lisense I was expect fully funconal website with every part and extension on it. If this is simple please manage this. In the other way it could take so much time ;/
              please help us run this shop.

                As I mentioned, it's issue of Virtuemart, not from the template. One question, have you updated Joomla version from 3.9 to 3.10 recently? pls note that Virtuemart is not updated to Joomla 3.10 or Joomla 4.

                If you have a backup of previous working version, pls revert it back.

                    As I mentioned, JA Cagox is frontend template, it should not affect function in backend of VM. Yes, I did check on your site before replying to you. If you switch to default Joomla template like Beez, you will see the same issue happens. You can ask the same question into VM forums or consider to backup your site and re-install VM.

                    You can clone your live site to local environment and test there first:
                    - Disable 3rd party extensions
                    - Download latest version of VM and install

                    I'm sorry for not of much here as it's issue of VM itself, not our template.
