Comments form is not displayed correctly

Hello. Comments form is not displayed correctly. Component used: RSComments. I wrote to the developer, it turned out that the problem was in the template.

The developer wrote:
"Such discrepancies are caused when trying to mix multiple frameworks, which appears to be the case. Your template loads Bootstrap 4 while RSComments! has been designed to work and use the native Bootstrap framework, this being Bootstrap 2.3.2 (for Joomla! 3.x)."

"If your template doesn't provide some compatibility declarations for the standard Joomla! Bootstrap version, there will always be such inconsistencies."

Tested on Protostar, the form is displayed correctly.

Not sure if this extension tends to support Joomla 4 or not. Joomla 4 now uses Bootstrap 5, our template supports both Bootstrap 4 and 5.

A good extension should provide option so that users can choose whether or not to include Bootstrap in extension or select Bootstrap version to load, not stick with only 1 version. You can check so many popular Joomla extensions now, they all have that options.

Hello. I disabled the bootstap in the component, there were no changes. Layout in the mobile version curve. I can create a subdomain and demonstrate a component.
