Menu not workinng on Tablet

I use the T4 blank template.
The Menu works fine on a computer. On a Smartphone it switches to Hamburger menu, perfect.
But on a tablet (horizontal) I can click on a menuItem, I see the Sbumenu's but within a second the submenu disappears. Sometimes when I am very quick, it is possible to click on a submenu but most of the time I am tot late.
who has the solution ?

By default, the tablet will show off-canvas menu. Which screen size you're setting for breakpoint?
