How to configure a submit button on JA BUILDER?

Do you mean the button in the Contact block? you can simply click the button and see the settings, could you share the admin account of your site so I can take a look?

I found the field to write the email to send.
Still it doesn't work. Nothing arrives my email box.

I don't have any problem to grant you access.
How can I do it private?

lx1967 You can edit Fields and share the admin account there so I can check. Only Moderators can see this section.

I also thank you for your patience, since is the first time I need help with something, so is the first time I use this forum.

I fill the email with my own, to test it first.
After is everything all right, the email to send will be granjair@granjair.com.

I think the issue comes from the mail function on your site, I just logged into backend of your site >> Global Configuration >> Server tab >> Mails settings >> put my own email and hit the test email button but this error appears:

Kindly check with your hosting provider for help to check the mail function first.
