JA Morgan Joomla 4: All Module - can't access media gallery images

Hi ,
We are running Joomla 4 with JA Morgan Template. Under Module whether I choose JA Masthead or ACM i can't seem to select the images from those modules. When I click on select, all i see is Media gallery with empty folder no images. What seems to be a problem ? Thank you.

It does not seem you are using Joomla media and appear from 3rd party extension kindly check if issue same with Joomla media box. A similar issue was reported for JCE editor media and JCE team fixed it as the media box is from the extension side not native Joomla media box.

Hi Pankaj,

We are still facing this issue with Media gallery. I have looked at the Joomla Media Box and JCE File browser there is no issue there. I only face this issue when I use ACM Modules. Please help.

We are currently using field type: mediajce, but the screenshot above is from when we use field type: media.
Field type: mediajce sadly does not work properly either (not the same issue though) ...

DId you checked the issue with default Joomla editor? A similar issue was reported it past and JCE team fixed that as its the media box from JCE editor that not opening. ACM does not use own media box.
