how can I limit the title length to maximum 60 characters in product listing of JAMega Filter for hikashop? I might need to edit the product item file or the helper file in the plugin. Please any help.

Could you confirm it's the product's title or text that you want to extend?
You can share the URL and login info of your site so I can check.
I am not sure how you coded it in the filter but in Hikashop its the product_name. I want product names to have same length in the grid of the filter about 60 characters maximum to have a more neat page.
We get the product name from Hikashop only, there is no option to limit the text name now.
