Quickstar problems ...JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find Joomla XML setup file

Hi , i tried to install the quickistart for JA Fit but it doesnt work.
I have php 7.4, Joomla 4 and tried to upload the ja-fit-for-joomla-4.zip file, but there is an error
JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find Joomla XML setup file
Please, help me

Hi
A quick start installation is standalone package it does not install over a pre installed Joomla website.
