You can open this file: /templates/ja_tour/html/mod_articles_categories/grid_items.php
Look for this line of code:
<div class="col-12 col-sm-<?php echo ($i==2) ? '8' : '4' ;?>">
change it to:
<div class="col-12 col-sm-4">
