Looking for Sticky Top and Navigation help

Greetings.
I would like some help with the "Contact Me" module on the right side. I want it to be sticky but to stop at the navigation bar where Home, Training Topics, Sessions, About and Travel are located. Is this possible?

Also, how do I get rid of the downward facing arrow on the Home menu item? There are no sub sections underneath that and if you mouseover it, there is a blank white box that appears underneath.

Kindly unblock the site for India and Vietnam.
Its blocked for us 403: Access Forbidden
About menu you can it can be fully sticky to top not partial.

Once you see the page, hopefully you have some suggestions. It doesn't look good the way that it goes over the navigation. Maybe it isn't possible, but please check.

Also I am anxious to get the arrow removed from the home navigation.

The single module would not be sticky as u tried since it in sidebar and the header navigation already using sticky.

About the Home menu open template style > navigation > Edit > Select home menu item and turned off build mega menu for Home.
save and check.

Besides the other issues, I found something else.

If you navigate to About/Reviews and References, the sub-menu goes behind the Contact Me module.

How do I get it to land on top of that box?
