Marker disappears when using tabs

I am using JA Image Hotspot along with Regular Labs tabs on the following page:

The Image Hotspot module is on the Options tab, however when I select that tab, the marker doesn't display. If I do a hard refresh, then it displays, but if I click to another tab and then back, it disappears again.

We would need it within a few weeks. When do you anticipate the next release? Also, we have set the tooltips to "Always Show". This still requires a hard refresh, and presents another issue - the tooltips continue to display when selecting another tab:

Also, if the browser window is resized, the tooltips don't stay attached to the markers.
