Photo Image Quality

Hello,
actually I'm working on this page, based on the gavick photo template.

Although I saved the pictures without any compression, 1800x886px 100% jpg Quality, the pictures show up always a litte blurred.
Do you have an idea what's the cause?

May i know the which image u refer on the slider the images are same as uploaded and ,ax width of images is 1700px /images/headers/slide1.jpg
example above the same displayed without any compression from the module.

That image from K2 component. K2 used to cache the image for faster load
media/k2/items/cache/011e88ef4a8328e08be9d913808b8290_L.jpg
It does not control by the template side.
You can check K2 settings for different size of images
