Hi,
I have just upgraded the template with the latest version. It has a problem with the new version. offcanvas menu in the small screen does not show a small arrow in case it is a parent(drop down) menu item. I have attached a screenshot it will help you to understand what I am looking for. The small arrow used to so before upgrading the template.

You can BACKUP your site first.

Then go to template >> Tools >> click 'Edit custom SCSS button >> Save & Compile

And clear all caches.

As I have not taken back up earlier it seems the CSS has gone. Can you fix this please in my site. The drop down menus should have a small arrow in the mobile devices.

The FTP information is properly updated now. I have tested the connection. Can you please check and do the necessary updates. Otherwise can you tell me at which file what CSS changes are required.

The login info works now and I realize that you're using too old version of T4 framework plugin, could you update latest version via JA Extension Manager component first?

Remember to backup your site first.

Hi,

After the upgradation there is one problem I can see. The author name in the articles details section is pulling wrong value. Screenshot attached. Instead of author name it is writing TPL_CONTENT_WRITTEN_BY on the site.

In the schema mark up also the organization is copying the authorname and the author name is TPL_CONTENT_WRITTEN_BY. screenshot attached
