Can you provide the module name and ID on which u adding the link and it result this error.
Also share the link URL that u want to add in that specific module button area.

section-7 JoomlArt Advanced Custom Module Selected Public 124, I linked it to menu item "index.php?option=com_content&view=category&id=27" which should list the articles in that category. That gave me the 'null' error.

Please check the link you shared is not correct and already giving eror if you paste it in browser.
Kindly copy the link URL from browser instead for example if menu item is Liberty blog you can copy
        index.php/blogs/liberty-blog

            Hi
I did not understand you last reply as issue was not related PHP as in topic, let me know details if you still need help on this topic.
Always use latest version of extensions and templates.

Yes, I usually do. But some of the other extensions on my site threw out warnings about php 7.4 nearing EOL. So, I upgraded to php 8.0, no luck. then to 8.1, no luck. and back to php 7.4, and everything worked as expected. Thank you for being patient with me. I'm old. 😉. Ninja

                aldenbaker
There would not be issue for PHP 8.0 stable version
If anything went wrong let me know i will check.

                Regards

Would you like access to my hosting cpanel? I noticed that when I switched to php 8.0 and 8.1, the problems began. The links to those categories were not correct with php 8.0 and 8.1. Let me know if cpanel access would help? Ninja
