I checked your site with default Joomla template protostar to check if issue from jA Good.
But it remain same on your Joomla.
It maybe something wrong in your Joomla update or it a 3rd party tool.
You can try to downgrade the PHP version to 7.4 and if it still same i suggest you to post it on Joomla forum as the path of file seems missing on your Joomla installation.

I found out what causing it and now I'm seeing the standard error pages of the hosting server.

How do I set to a specific ja good 404 page ?

If you want to restyle page you can find the page file in the template folder error.php and error.css

I added the code above but its not working. I still get the default page but

Have you tested itt with default Joomla template? Is it working with that and not only with JA Good?

Kindly check as if it work with default Joomla template and not with JA Good only then it can be issue from template otherwise the setting you applied not working

I don't know.

I tried other suggestion but its not working at my end.
I set a custom 404 page with .htaccess instead.
