Hello. I don't have admin tools installed. I have modified the site url field data where you can enter the backend
zoidts Could you share the FTP account also?
Hello. The FTP data can be found in the Ftp Info field.
zoidts Thanks for the info, let me check and get back to you.
Still no answer?
zoidts I've passed to our T4 team for further checking, will get back to you soon.
Still no answer for the problem?
Hi zoidts
It looks like your server blocks this change so you can't save it.
I just took a backup of your site and tried to check in my local but it can save normally:
Could you ask your hosting for further investigation on this?
This is what the hosting support told me when reporting the problem.
typically that error is due to several points. Verify that your folders and files have the correct permissions, the folders must have permissions 755 and Files 644. Likewise, verify that there are no owners of Invalid or Erroneous Files that prevent changes. The server does not present problems, because we do not provide support to third-party applications, you must verify it with your web developer and if there is something at the server level in which we can support you, indicate it and we will gladly verify it. Greetings,

Greetings,
zoidts I think they mentioned folder/file permissions, that's thing in server side itselft and they could help you to check.
You can also tried to clone your site to local environment or another server to take a test
I tried to change the permissions of the folders and the problem continued. Then I downloaded a copy in a local environment with xampp and the problem persists
zoidts Which PHP and sql version are you using?
VersiĆ³n PHP 7.4
Hi
I checked further on this and it seems that you're using CloudFlare on your site which may impact the Ajax functions - which is used for saving in template.
Could you please make a test by disabling CloudFlare temporarily and try to save in template again?
