K2 star rating not working

Dear JA Expert,

Good day and hope you are great.
I want JA support to optimized my site www.xtec.me, basically K2 for SEO optimization. I have current problem in K2 content management system as attached picture (k2_error_001.png) as star rating not doing anything for a while, but before it was worked. Would you please review and help?
Current Joomla Version: Joomla! 3.10.4
Template used: bt_arise
