The background image is not working and the contact for disappear

Yes this is the joomla template but when i change to your template that contact form disappear, plus the back ground image an any of the 3 templates works

Thanks for the info. I checked but template was not installed yet so I installed it for you.

After installing template and extensions, you need to setup template so it can look like our demo site. We provide guideline in details here for how to setup each page: https://www.joomlart.com/documentation/joomla-templates/ja-ego

For example, under the header is masthead section, you need to download JA Masthead module in download section of this template: https://www.joomlart.com/member/downloads/joomlart/joomla-templates/ja-ego and install into your site >> add image for page you want and assign to 'masthead' position.

I just did a sample so you can see it now.

For contact page in JA Ego template, it's a bit special contact page, kindly follow documentation here: https://www.joomlart.com/member/downloads/joomlart/joomla-templates/ja-ego

The Megamenues appear joomla name no the relly names of my menus

belenatote You can simply go to Backend >> System >> Site template styles >> JA Ego >> Navigation >> click on any menu item that you want to setup megamenu

Then enable the Build Mega menu option, there you can show sub-menu item / columns/ module ... there.

I just set to show sub-menu items for your site.
